Enabling diagram embedding

With the Signavio Process Manager, you can publish single diagrams to arbitrary intranet or Internet websites using the embedding feature. So you can embed a diagram in a blog post or in a wiki page, for example.

In case you want to embed diagrams in your Microsoft SharePoint system, you can simply integrate the whole Collaboration Hub into Microsoft SharePoint using a so-called Web Part.

To embed a diagram in an external system, you have to explicitly allow the embedding. This can be reverted later on - in this case, all existing integrations of Signavio diagrams will be deactivated.

Diagrams can be published e.g. on web pages by embedding them with HTML.

  1. Select a diagram in the Signavio Explorer and click Share then Embed diagram in the top drop-down menu.

The Signavio software updates the embedded copy of the diagram automatically so that the newest version of your diagram will be shared automatically when you make changes.
